Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years in software engineering with a strong track record of code development on network devices.
• Experience in resolving customer network issues.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop Ruckus products including WiFi Access Point (AP), Controller, and analytics tools.
• Interact with support team to troubleshoot customer field issues.
• Reproduce customer network issues in lab and isolate root cause.
• Commit code in active branches and deliver patch solutions.
• Develop customer-requested features.
