U.S. Bank is seeking an Executive Response Specialist to thoroughly research, investigate, and respond to escalations related to Retail Payment Solutions.

You will communicate with cardmembers via calls and letters, coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and other teams, and ensure responses meet senior management directives. You will work to resolve issues while maintaining regulatory requirements and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years of related experience required.
• Minimum 18 months of customer service experience required.
