The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or health and proven experience in training within construction or industrial environments. Strong communication skills and analytical capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety or health required.
• 1-2 years relevant experience or 5-6 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ESH training programs aligned with standards.
• Customize training content based on risks and trends.
• Support onboarding and refresher training.
• Assist in development of ESH Management Plans.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience developing ESH training

Ability to present training materials

Regulatory requirements knowledge

Computer skills for presentations and data management

Analytical skills related to sampling and monitoring

Education
