Job summary

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking an ES&H Representative (Field Supervision) to provide technical oversight of project ES&H compliance through field inspections.

You will work with engineering, construction, subcontracting teams to ensure PPE use, inspections, and ES&H initiatives are integrated into daily site activities. You will deliver toolbox talks, lead ES&H audits, and drive incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years total work experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910.
• Experience in ES&H assessments/inspection during construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ES&H disciplines to facilitate implementation of ES&H program and management system.
• Deliver toolbox talks and participate in site meetings to advise safety requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, systems, and procedures.
• Maintain ES&H databases, analyze incident data, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate incident notifications and lead investigations.
• Participate in employee training, emergency preparedness, and QA programs.
• Coordinate ES&H recognition programs.
