Job summary

Borusan Pipe USA is seeking an ERW Mill Manager to translate the production plan into safe, efficient daily execution across the ERW Mill. You will lead shifts, coordinate tooling, and oversee quality and operations teams to meet schedule and performance targets.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean expertise, and a track record of improving safety, yield, and throughput in heavy manufacturing. On-site role with multi-shift responsibility in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field preferred.
• 7–10+ years in ERW/steel pipe manufacturing with leadership responsibility.
• Knowledge of ERW forming, welding, sizing, tooling, and process controls.
• Familiarity with API/ASTM/ISO/ASME requirements and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Own the ERW Mill daily operating rhythm and translate plans into shift priorities.
• Lead Operations, Tooling, and Quality Supervisors with clear accountability.
• Ensure schedule alignment, material readiness, and equipment readiness before execution.
• Drive performance reviews and recovery actions with timely escalation.
