Acelero, Inc. seeks an ERSEA Assistant to support eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance in Head Start programs. You will help families with the Online Family Application, review forms, and ensure accurate enrollment records to maintain full funded enrollment. Bilingual Spanish is preferred for some communities.

Role requires HS diploma, background checks, and ability to travel up to 10%. Fall 2026 in Bay St. Louis, MS with a pay rate of $19.35/hr.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA/AS in Social Work, Education, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred for certain service areas.
• Background checks and physical exam may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment and attendance follow Head Start Performance Standards and Acelero policies.
• Support families using the Online Family Application and upload documents.
• Review applications and help families complete enrollment and intake forms.
• Determine eligibility for program and extended day services; assist with childcare subsidy applications.
• Collaborate with Coordinators to enroll families based on selection criteria and maintain waitlists.
• Monitor enrollment data and funded enrollment levels; fill vacancies promptly.
• Promote recruitment efforts and track inquiries and applications online and in the community.
• Enter and maintain accurate data and required documentation in the enrollment system.
• Prepare enrollment tracking reports and compliance binders.
• Attend required meetings, events, and trainings.
