Job Summary
The Error Resolution Specialist is responsible for reviewing, researching, and resolving errors related to tax documents and payments that require detailed analysis. This role supports ADOR’s mission of serving taxpayers by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in a production-based environment.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating with a results-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently research, analyze, and validate tax documents and payments requiring detailed review
- Identify and correct system and taxpayer errors using procedural manuals
- Work within two systems to retrieve, cross-reference, and correct inaccurate data
- Perform mathematical calculations related to banking transactions
- Ensure high accuracy and productivity while meeting strict deadlines
- Maintain quality standards in a production-based work environment

- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Banking Credits & Debits

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a production-based environment with accuracy and deadlines
