Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic IT Project Manager to lead hands‑on project management and PMO support for a technology transformation, centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will own the integrated program plan, coordinate internal teams and partners, and drive accountability across a large multi‑property portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive project or program management experience, including ERP or financial systems implementations through go‑live and stabilization.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, third‑party partners, scope changes, budgets, and executive governance.
• PMP or comparable project management certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP is strongly preferred.
• Hospitality, multi‑entity or multi‑property operations experience is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain an integrated program plan covering scope, milestones, deliverables, owners, resources, dependencies, and rollouts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and partners; manage dependencies and risk; ensure alignment with budgets and go‑live readiness.
• Lead PMO activities, governance, and stakeholder updates; track decisions, actions, and escalation paths.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover planning, training, and readiness checks for smooth deployment.
• Provide executive reporting on progress, costs, risks, and milestones.
