Job summary

The Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities is seeking an ERP Technical Manager to lead the ERP Technical Team and guide the strategy, implementation, and modernization of our ERP environment.

This role partners with business and technology leaders to align ERP capabilities with organizational goals, driving ERP transformation initiatives, cloud deployments, integrations, upgrades, and migrations from legacy systems to a modern platform.

Qualifications

• Lead ERP transformation and enterprise system modernization experience.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Experience with cloud deployments, integrations, upgrades, migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP Technical Team and oversee ERP strategy, implementation, support, optimization, and modernization.
• Drive ERP transformation initiatives and ensure delivery of complex projects including cloud deployments, integrations, upgrades, and migrations from legacy systems to a modern ERP platform.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align ERP capabilities with organizational goals and future growth strategies.
