Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead an enterprise ERP transformation, overseeing SAP ECC6 to Oracle Fusion from planning through implementation. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, governance and senior stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and lasting improvements.

With proven ERP leadership, you will manage risks, budgets, schedules, and external partners, driving executive updates and ensuring alignment with finance and technology goals.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Experience delivering SAP, Oracle or similar enterprise ERP implementations.
• Strong background delivering Finance technology transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex project governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and build trusted relationships across internal and external teams.
• Relevant Project Management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP ECC6 to Oracle Fusion ERP transformation.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules and governance frameworks.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies and interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Partner closely with Finance, Technology and executive stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reporting, governance forums and executive updates.
• Coordinate implementation partners and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure project scope, budget and timelines are effectively managed.
• Facilitate decision making, remove delivery roadblocks and proactively manage project risks.
