Job summary

Visa Hunt seeks an experienced Lead Consultant to drive advisory, implementation and support for SAP-based finance, supply chain and procurement projects.

You will lead a project team within a workstream of a large engagement, mentor consultants, and coordinate with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery to scope, time and quality.

The role demands strong analytical, communication and presales capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Act as project/functional lead and ensure deliverables on time and within budget.
• Document clients' process flow to capture as-is/to-be processes.
• Write requirements and specification documents capturing client needs.
• Configure system in line with requirements and specification documents.
• Develop testing scripts in line with configured system and client requirements.
• Execute and support on client testing.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to support the engagement and workshops with clients.
• Work effectively with senior stakeholders and project team.
• Maintain application knowledge as assigned to business process areas.
• Solve a company's business requirements through the blending of people, process and technology.
• Direct and assign project tasks to team members and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring.
• Identify deviations and take corrective action.
• Transfer design and configuration knowledge to team members and provide Best Business Practice knowledge to aid in the design process.
• Support the sales team with presales activities including demos, RFP responses and technical discovery workshops
