Job summary

ATI is seeking a Director, Enterprise Applications to lead and mature the company’s enterprise application function during a critical period of transformation. This leader will own Oracle EBS and PSIMetals, stabilize delivery, and drive ERP, MES, analytics, and LIMS capabilities across a major business unit program from UAT through hyper care.

Qualifications

Significant enterprise applications leadership experience at director level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle EBS and PSIMetals teams with a focus on execution quality, accountability, business process alignment, and operational stability.
Drive UAT readiness, defect resolution, cutover preparation, go-live support, and hyper care planning.
Own ERP managed services governance with Accenture and mature the relationship from stabilization toward sustained performance.
Establish clear ownership across applications, workstreams, roles, vendors, and stakeholders.
Help evolve ATI’s enterprise application practices across SDLC, release management, testing, support, vendor governance, and architecture.
