Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs for the company’s ERP systems, tailoring content to role-specific Operations end users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with standards and best practices, and act as a conduit for identifying improvements discovered during delivery.

The role can be fully remote or hybrid, with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA, Edison, NJ or Bend, OR.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EPC construction experience in roles such as Project/Field Engineer, PM, Superintendent, or Project Controller.
• Strong proficiency with project management including change management, contracting, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and ERP management software.
• Hands-on ERP experience; CMiC preferred.
• Proficiency with virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong people skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions for Operations end users.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and reference documents.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows for relevance and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure training reflects current standards.
• Gather feedback to assess training effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Travel to company offices and jobsites to provide in-person training.
