Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our ERP systems across Operations. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to tailor content to role-specific workflows and to deliver training in-person or virtually.

You will create and maintain materials, validate their accuracy with subject-matter experts, and travel to offices and jobsites as needed to ensure practical understanding and adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial or utility EPC roles as engineer, manager, or supervisor.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP; CMiC preferred.
• Proficient with virtual training tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions for Operations end users.
• Create and maintain training materials and references.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop and schedule training programs; travel to sites as needed.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.
