The Opportunity

Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers is seeking anexperienced testing professional to join our ERP Program team on a9-month fixed-term contract. As part the client team,you will work closely with our system implementer to establishtesting requirements, develop test plans, prepare test cases andmanage test execution for our new ERP and HXM solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with implementationpartners, external vendors, technical experts and businessstakeholders to ensure the solutions delivered meet quality,performance and reliability requirements. You will also direct useracceptance testing and guide a small team of Test Analystsresponsible for testing non-SAP applications impacted by therollout of the new solutions.

What you’ll be doing

• Defining requirements and preparing plans for testing SAPand third party applications
• Provisioning environments and developing scripts to performtesting
• Executing testing, managing defects and reporting testprogress
• Managing testing tools including Jira and Zephyr Scale
• Building capability within the testing team throughleadership and coaching
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors todeliver quality outcomes

What you’ll bring

• Experience leading system testing, ideally for ERP and HXMsolutions
• Strong knowledge of SAP applications, particularly SuccessFactors and S/4HANA
• Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks andtools
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and coordinate acrossmultiple streams
• A tertiary qualification in ICT or equivalent industryexperience
