Open to either of the following: 100% On-Site or Hybrid (3 days in Office/2 Days Remote) for local candidates (within 30 miles of the work location).

We are hiring an ERP Technical Services Manager who can deliver value to the agency using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to manage its finances.
This role involves managing technical support activities for Financials software, including planning, design, development, and upgrades to applications, subsystems, and interfaces. The manager must oversee outstanding tasks and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:
Software Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations AX2012 or D365.
Safety Responsibility:
Perform duties safely, promote safety awareness, and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Training/Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 5+ years as a Technical Manager or Lead supporting ERP Financials; experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
Licenses: Virginia Driver’s License.
Additional Details: This position is classified as essential personnel and is exempt under FLSA. Physical demands include high-speed keyboard operation. Work may involve seasonal overtime and meeting multiple demands.
