FedTec is seeking an ERP Technical Services Manager who can deliver value to the agency by utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations software to manage its finances.

Position: ERP Technical Services Manager

Location: Hampton, VA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Identify and resolve IT and technical issues related to the financial system.
• Hold regular progress meetings with departmental management to ensure software meets agency needs.
• Develop and manage implementation plans for updates, fixes, and enhancements, including timelines and documentation.
• Collaborate with all HRT Departments to meet customer needs.
• Research product development options and assist in analyzing product direction.
• Supervise critical activities to troubleshoot or escalate issues appropriately.
• Align IT with business requirements.
• Support day-to-day operations of ERP applications with application analysts.
• Analyze system change requests to ensure impact and prioritize implementation.
• Serve as a technical resource to promote software system growth and utilization.
• Understand customer needs, distinguishing between functional and technical support.
• Coordinate with Database Services, IT, and Project teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage the productivity, quality of service, and work of direct reports.
• Ensure records are managed in compliance with Hampton Roads Transit Records policies.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Manager or Lead supporting ERP Financial Software applications.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations AX2012 or D365.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, certifications, and training.
