Job summary

The College of Eastern Idaho seeks an IT Programmer/Analyst to support and develop our application systems, including Colleague, Schedule 25, Eretrieve, NeoGov, and reporting tools. You will implement data integrations, write scripts, and help protect institutional data while delivering reliable IT services.

Reporting to the Lead Application Programmer/Analyst, you will work with SQL, Python, and reporting tools, develop documentation, and assist users in a collaborative environment dedicated to

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of data integrations and data security best practices.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, test, troubleshoot and maintain enterprise applications and reports.
• Maintain and support data integrations between University systems, ensuring data security and integrity.
• Develop documentation and instructions for users.
• Document policies and cross-train team members in areas of expertise.
• Assist other team members with software testing, user support, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve Help Desk tickets and provide support and troubleshooting.
• Manipulate data using SSIS, PowerShell, SQL.
• Create forms and workflows using SoftDocs Etrieve Forms and Flow & Ellucian Workflow.
• Create subject cards using Ellucian Experience.
• Protect institutional data and privacy and deliver high-quality IT services.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
