Job summary

Great Bay Staffing Group seeks an experienced ERP Administrator to own and optimize the Infor LX environment, including IDF objects, views, and SQL-based reporting. You will manage security, scheduling, and integration across LX, MES, and Touchpath in a full end-to-end role.

The position emphasizes hands-on control of the ERP stack with a collaborative manager and a varied technical workload. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience is required, with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT field, or 4–5 years of equivalent IT experience.
• Functional knowledge of ERP-LX with the ability to support and maintain user requirements.
• Hands-on SQL to build reports and analyze data.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical procedures to end users and technical consultants.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Infor LX ERP system, including IDF objects, views, subsets, and sorts.
• Write SQL for ad hoc and special reporting, and to extract and validate data.
• Manage user profiles, system security, and authentication across LX, MES, and Touchpath.
• Build and maintain Webtop analytical dashboards and views.
• Create and maintain business forms using Compleo.
• Schedule and monitor Robot jobs (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) and ensure successful completion and report distribution.
• Coordinate with outside technical resources and provide programming specifications.
• Maintain and refresh the software test environment.
• Ensure IBM iSeries data backups complete successfully and restore archived data as needed.
• Support end users on software functionality, training, and support case follow-up.
• Provide off-hours technical support on a scheduled basis.
