Qualifications

• 5–8 years hands-on Infor LN development experience including LN language, session customization, and data dictionary objects.
• Proven expertise implementing Infor ION document flows, mappings, BODs, and ION Desk/ION API.
• Design and develop REST/SOAP APIs with proper authentication, authorization, error handling, and versioning.
• Advanced LN report customization and performance tuning using LN Report Designer.
• Strong SQL skills on SQL Server/Oracle with data migration/ETL experience.
• Experience with source control (Git/Azure DevOps) and CI/CD in SDLC.
• Effective communicator, capable of translating business needs into technical designs.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Infor LN development: design, develop, test, and deploy LN customizations.

We're seeking an experienced Infor LN Developer to design, build, and support scalable solutions across core business processes. You will own integrations (Infor ION & APIs), LN customizations, reporting, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Infor LN Development:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations using LN development language and best practices
• Deliver report customization using LN Report Designer (layouts, data sets, printing/distribution), including performance tuning
• Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs
• Create technical specs, unit/integration test plans, and deployment documentation; participate in code reviews and change control
• Enterprise Integration Architecture and Administration:
• Build and maintain Infor ION integrations and data flows; create/consume REST/SOAP APIs for internal and third-party systems
• Configure and extend the DEM (Dynamic Enterprise Modeling) module: process models, activities, and workflows
• Understanding of LN security architecture, authorization models, segregation of duties, and audit/compliance requirements
• Troubleshoot production issues; analyze logs and SQL traces; implement preventive fixes and monitoring
• Environment and Release Management:
• Code Promotion & Release Coordination
• Performing data conversions, migration activities, reconciliation, validation, and cutover support during implementations and upgrades
• Software Development Lifecycle:
• Collaborate in Agile activities (backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos) and mentor junior developers as needed
• Balance technical debt, business priorities, and long-term system maintainability

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years hands-on Infor LN development experience including Infor OS, Infor Data Lake, and Infor Doc Management (IDM)
• Strong proficiency with the LN development language, session customization, scripts/macros, and data dictionary objects
• Proven experience implementing Infor ION (document flows, mappings, BODs, ION Desk/ION API)
• Demonstrated API design & development (REST/SOAP), authentication/authorization, error handling, and versioning
• Practical expertise with DEM (modeling processes, activities, and workflow orchestration)
• Advanced report customization and LN Report Designer skills (layout design, variables, queries, print profiles)
• Solid SQL skills (Infor database on SQL Server/Oracle), including performance optimization and data migration/ETL
• Source control (Git/Azure DevOps), CI/CD awareness, and disciplined SDLC practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business users to clarify requirements and deliverables
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Factory Track configuration/integration experience
• CPQ (Infor CPQ) configuration or integration exposure
• Experience with EDI, event-driven architecture, and message queues
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, automated deployment, and observability tooling
• Infor certifications (LN, ION, or CPQ)
• Functional Exposure
• Warehouse: receiving, putaway, picking, inventory control, cycle counts
• Invoicing: billing workflows, taxes, posting to finance
