A leading distribution company is seeking an ERP Systems Lead to be the primary expert for their Infor CloudSuite Distribution system. This role involves configuring the ERP, providing advanced internal support, and managing upgrades to optimize processes across business functions. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of ERP experience, particularly with Infor systems, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is an on-site position based in Morristown, TN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ERP experience, ideally with Infor CSD or SX.
• Proven track record in ERP configuration, support, upgrades, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of distribution, supply chain, and finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal expert for all Infor CSD issues.
• Lead ERP upgrades, patches, and module rollouts.
• Create and maintain system documentation, configuration notes, and user guides.
• Partner with departments to ensure ERP capabilities meet business needs.
