Job summary

Highline Warren seeks an ERP Analyst to support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems. You will analyze business processes, draft technical requirements, and ensure ERP solutions meet operational needs with cross-functional teams.

The role reports to the Director of ERP Applications and can be based in Elkton, MD or Dallas, TX. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of ERP experience, strong data analysis skills, and knowledge of finance, supply chain, or manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of ERP systems experience in analyst or support role.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and ERP Technical Lead to review and document technical requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify ERP improvement opportunities.
• Support ERP system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Assist in integration of ERP systems with other business applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes and configurations.
• Provide end-user support and training for ERP applications.
• Participate in testing of ERP related changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.
• Ensure data integrity across ERP modules.
• Support ERP Technical Lead in project planning and execution.
