Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Business Systems Analyst to maintain and optimize the ERP platform and related applications in our Rosemont, IL area. The role bridges business users, leadership, and external IT partners to drive process improvements and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience with ERP systems, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage system security and reports while supporting cross-functional operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional work experience with company systems.
• Experience supporting ERP systems; manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with small to mid-market ERP platforms; MIE Trak Pro is a plus.
• Knowledge of systems integration and workflow mapping.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve the ERP system and related business applications.
• Manage support requests and troubleshoot system and application issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for the external IT managed services provider (MSP).
• Gather business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Document workflows, business processes, and system requirements.
• Administer user access, system security, software subscriptions, and technology inventories.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Support system integrations and cross-functional business operations.
• Develop and review reports to ensure data accuracy, security, and efficiency.
• Participate in ERP-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
