Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc, seeks a Business Systems Analyst II to bridge Supply Chain stakeholders with IT, focusing on ERP/JDE configuration, reporting, and process improvements. You will gather requirements, lead UAT, develop Power BI dashboards, and support data governance, data quality, and KPIs for manufacturing and supply chain.

Bachelor's degree and 3–7 years of ERP experience required; JD Edwards experience preferred; strong SQL,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3–7 years of experience supporting ERP systems, supply chain, manufacturing, reporting, or process improvement initiatives.
JD Edwards (JDE) Manufacturing/Distribution experience.
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Sequel Viewpoint, Power Automate, and advanced Excel.
Knowledge of supply chain planning and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support operational and system improvement initiatives.
Configure, support, and maintain ERP/JDE applications and related business systems.
Coordinate, facilitate, and lead system testing activities, including UAT.
Design, develop, and maintain business reports, dashboards, and Power BI solutions.
Lead requirements-gathering sessions, gap analyses, and business process assessments.
Develop functional specifications, acceptance criteria, test plans, and implementation support documentation.
