Job summary

The State of South Carolina Department of Administration, Division of Enterprise Applications, seeks an ERP Supplier Management Analyst to support SCEIS, SAP, SRM, Ivalua, and other enterprise systems in a logistics-focused role onsite in Columbia, SC.

You will analyze requests, coordinate changes, assist training, and ensure data integrity for supplier master records while collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience can substitute for the degree on a year-by-year basis.
• Experience in ERP implementations and/or governmental procurement is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Ivalua, and enterprise software stacks is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to state agencies for SCEIS help desk tickets/incidents.
• Review, analyze, and resolve supplier management requests in Ivalua and SAP SCEIS; ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and document new or modified requirements to meet business needs.
• Coordinate system changes with stakeholders and assist with testing and training.
• Participate in change/release management and cross-training activities.
