• This position requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field with relevant experience.
• Relevant ERP implementation experience and/or governmental procurement knowledge can substitute the degree on a year-for-year basis.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational support for the SCEIS help desk and resolve tickets for supplier management.
• Review and resolve supplier management requests within Ivalua and SCEIS (SAP) to keep supplier records accurate.
• Identify new or modified requirements and participate in blueprinting, testing, and training activities.
• Coordinate changes with cross-functional teams and support configuration and development efforts.
• Assist with change and release management, including test scenarios and user acceptance testing.
