Job summary

Cox Farms in the United States is seeking an experienced ERP Director to shape and drive the ERP strategy across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. You will lead a small team, ensure system stability, and partner with IT leadership to deliver value.

This role governs Famous ERP and NetSuite, defines standards, and manages upgrades and integrations, while focusing on data integrity, governance, and performance metrics across multi-entity operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ERP experience including configuration and support.
• 5+ years leading or supervising a small technical or application support team.
• Strong understanding of core business processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Manufacturing/Production (if relevant), and Record-to-Report.
• Proven track record of managing ERP projects, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Solid understanding of integration concepts (APIs, EDI, middleware, file-based integrations).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Famous ERP and NetSuite implementations and support.
• Translate business requirements from Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain into ERP solutions.
• Develop and maintain ERP roadmaps, upgrades, modules, and integrations.
• Enforce ERP standards, governance, naming conventions, and security roles.
• Lead and mentor a small ERP/IT support team, and prioritize workload.
• Ensure incident resolution and project task completion with timely SLAs.
• Establish KPIs: uptime, tickets, user satisfaction, change success.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure data integrity and reporting.
