American Games is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst in Council Bluffs, IA. You will act as the lead ERP expert across Finance, Operations, IT and executive leadership, shaping how the organization uses ERP to drive efficiency and decision-making.

You will own ERP strategy, data governance and reporting, guiding system enhancements and cross-functional initiatives to maximize enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years ERP experience in manufacturing or multi-company environments.
• Strong SQL, data governance and BI/dashboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP strategy and optimization across multiple companies.
• Develop ERP enhancement roadmap and system improvements.
• Own enterprise reporting strategy with KPIs and dashboards.
