Job description

American Games (Council Bluffs, IA) & International Gamco (Omaha, NE) Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Connect Business & Technology. Turn Data Into Decisions. Drive Enterprise-Wide Improvement.

We're looking for an experienced Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst who understands how business operations, financial systems and technology work together-and knows how to make them work better.

This is a high-impact opportunity to serve as the organization's lead functional ERP expert, partnering with Finance, Operations, IT and executive leadership across multiple manufacturing companies.

You’ll do more than support an ERP system. You’ll help shape how the organization uses technology, manages data, measures performance and makes business decisions. From improving workflows and strengthening data integrity to developing executive dashboards and leading system enhancements, you’ll play a central role in maximizing the value of our enterprise systems.

If you’re an experienced ERP professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, leading cross-functional initiatives and turning data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As our Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst, you’ll serve as the primary business-facing ERP expert and trusted advisor, helping ensure enterprise systems support operational efficiency, financial visibility and long-term business objectives.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead ERP strategy and optimization across multiple companies and business functions, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and maximize system capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain an ERP enhancement roadmap, recommending system improvements, integrations and technology investments aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Own enterprise reporting strategy by establishing standardized KPIs, reporting definitions, executive dashboards and business intelligence solutions that provide consistent, reliable information.
  • Lead ERP data governance and data-quality initiatives, establishing standards, ownership, controls and processes to maintain accurate and consistent information across the organization.
  • Ensure the ERP serves as the organization's single source of truth, reducing conflicting reports and improving financial and operational visibility.
  • Lead ERP implementations, upgrades and optimization projects, including requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, validation, change management and post-implementation support.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for system configuration, reporting, workflows and integrations.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, IT and executive leadership to evaluate business processes, resolve system challenges, prioritize improvements and measure results.
  • Develop and improve reporting tools, data structures and analytical capabilities that support informed business decisions.
  • Guide business stakeholders through system changes, promote user adoption and provide functional leadership and technical guidance across departments.
  • Document business processes, ERP configurations, reporting definitions, system controls and support procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and appropriate security practices when working with sensitive financial, operational, employee and company information.
  • Other duties as required.
What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines deep ERP knowledge, strong business acumen, advanced analytical skills and the ability to influence improvements across an organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Operations or a related field required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of ERP experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting business operations through enterprise systems required.
  • Manufacturing industry experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades or system optimization projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system testing, documentation and change management.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP architecture, relational databases, integrations, security roles, workflow configuration and data governance.
  • Experience developing KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, standardized reporting and actionable business intelligence.
  • Strong SQL querying, data modeling, database analysis and reporting-tool experience preferred.
  • Power BI development and dashboard design experience preferred.
  • IFS Cloud ERP experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting a multi-company or multi-entity manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational reporting, data integrity and enterprise performance metrics preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to translate technical information into practical business solutions.
  • Ability to lead projects and influence decisions without direct supervisory authority, build consensus and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong independent judgment, initiative and ability to manage competing priorities and complex projects.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial, operational, technical and company information with discretion.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to company locations as needed.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening.
  • Ability to travel domestically by air and car as needed; valid driver's license required when driving.

Ensuring the safety of our employees and compliance with industry regulations is our top priority.
