Job summary

FCP Euro Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Technology Analyst to join our IT team in Milford, CT.

The role partners with executives to govern ERP systems, drive integration, and optimize enterprise applications across business units. You will architect future‑state processes, lead stakeholder workshops, and oversee data governance, testing, and automation initiatives while mentoring a team of analysts. Qualification emphasis includes 5+ years with NetSuite/SAP/Oracle/M Dynamics, strong SQL, BI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering and optimizing core ERP platforms and multi‑application integrations.
• Advanced SQL: complex queries, tuning, data modeling, ETL, and database optimization.
• BI & Analytics: enterprise dashboards and predictive data models using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma.
• Agile leadership: manage backlogs, epics, releases with Jira.
• QA Automation: end‑to‑end automated testing with Cucumber, Selenium, or Cypress.
• System integration: REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft, Celigo, Dell Boomi, Workato.
• Soft skills: stakeholder negotiation and change management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic problem solving across cross‑functional, systemic issues.
• Architect and document future‑state business processes, maps, data models, and enterprise architecture blueprints.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to uncover needs and translate strategies into robust specifications.
• Plan, scope, and execute ERP initiatives including vendor evaluations, add‑ons, core modules, and data migrations.
• Define test strategies and oversee cross‑departmental UAT and automation testing frameworks.
• Propose ROI‑driven improvements to executive leadership on process automation.
• Establish enterprise data governance and change‑management protocols; build training resources.
• Mentor Junior Analysts and tier‑1 support teams.
