Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a techno-functional engineer to join the GMPD IT Strategy Integration team and drive ERP and supply chain initiatives. You will lead stakeholder engagements, translate requirements into technical specs, and guide a cross-functional team through the execution of the strategic roadmap with a strong focus on AI-enabled improvements.

The role requires 8-12 years in analytics or IT, ERP experience (e.g., SAP), and deep knowledge of supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in application development, business analysis, system analysis, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Hands-on ERP implementation, planning, warehouse or planning systems expertise.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder meetings to analyze current and future state of segment applications and data flow.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Guide segment team in executing the future state roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs or process maps.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and leadership to align goals and solutions.
• Act as ERP and supply chain SME to ensure alignment with operations.
• Advocate AI adoption to enhance workflows and efficiency.
• Partner with technical teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration.
