Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a highly motivated techno-functional engineer to join the GMPD IT Strategy Integration team. You will analyze segment applications and data flow, bridge current and future state objectives, lead stakeholder engagements, and guide the team's execution of the strategic roadmap focused on ERP and supply chain capabilities.

Ideal candidates bring extensive ERP and supply chain experience, with a track record of applying AI to optimize operations, and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in application development, business analysis, system analysis, or project management, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Proven hands‑on ERP experience (e.g., SAP) with planning, warehouse management, and integration responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and operational best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of AI concepts and architecture; practical application of AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder meetings to analyze current and future state of segment applications and data flow integration.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Guide segment team through execution of future state roadmap activities.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications or process maps.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and segment leadership to align goals and technology solutions.
• Serve as SME on ERP applications and supply chain capabilities; ensure alignment with operations.
