Qualifications

• 10+ years experience implementing/supporting PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining HR, Payroll, Benefit modules security.
• 5+ years experience managing user profiles and permissions.
• 5 years+ solid experience for implementing and supporting User profiles, Roles, Permission Lists, Row level security, Dynamic Security, Structure & Content, Application security, Projects security, Department Tree security, People Tools security, Process Group security, Query security, User preferences.
• Configure, recommend and fix existing security definitions listed above based on defined users access requirements.
• Configure and maintain complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security.
• Configure and maintain for HR, Payroll, Benefit modules different level of security.
• Maintain and define PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid security.
• Migrate project sand security elements/objects into multiple different environments.
• Good knowledge of Oracle 19 or later versions of the databases.
• Bachelor's degree in IS, Business, or related field, or 5+ years relevant experience in a corporate IT environment.

Duration: Initially stated 18+ months Long Term Contract (Potential to Extend for Multiple)

Pay Rate: $Market Rate/hr on W2/C2C (as per min expectation)

Skills Required:

• PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 experience.
• Good knowledge and experience with PHIRE version control and JIRA ticket systems.
