Job summary

Jobot is seeking an ERP Specialist in Goleta, CA to support manufacturing of space and defense products. You will serve as a local point of contact for ERP users, develop expertise in Deltek ERP, and drive process improvements to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Serve as a local point of contact for users with questions, training and reporting needs, technical issues, and improvement ideas.
Develop an in-depth understanding of part numbers and SKUs.
Champion integrated processes and data flows to create value across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP with business processes and goals.
Identify and implement ERP improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Provide training and support to ERP users.
Assist in regular system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Work with IT to troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues.
