Job summary

Decisive Point is seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to bridge manufacturing processes with digital tools and support the implementation and optimization of enterprise systems. The role involves collaboration with various teams to map workflows, define requirements, and lead ERP/MES projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4–8 years of relevant experience. This full-time position is based onsite in El Segundo, CA and offers substantial compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in ERP, MES, or manufacturing systems.
• Hands-on ERP and/or MES implementation experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Dynamics or Epicor.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP/MES implementations, requirements gathering, and testing.
• Partner with teams to map workflows and define system requirements.
• Translate manufacturing processes into scalable system configurations.
