Job summary

Jobot, a leading space and defense technology company, is hiring an ERP Administrator to support manufacturing of cutting-edge products. You will manage Deltek ERP, train users, and drive data integrity and process improvements across the ERP landscape.

We seek a candidate with 5+ years of ERP experience in manufacturing, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team or independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with Deltek ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, including data management, reporting, and system configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong team player who can work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local point of contact for user questions, training and reporting needs, and technical issues.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of part numbers and SKUs.
• Champion integrated processes and data flows to create value across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP with business processes and goals.
• Identify and implement ERP improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical support and training to ERP system users.
• Assist in regular system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Work with IT to troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues.
