Job summary

Webb Wheel Products, Inc. is seeking an ERP Administrator to lead ERP standardization and optimization across HD Brakes. You will move away from Sage 100 (SQL), refine configurations, workflows, and reporting using SQL, Power BI, and AI tools.

You will collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales across multiple facilities, support data migration and testing, and provide training and SOPs for new functionality, ensuring governance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, CS, accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years ERP administration or support experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes (production, inventory, purchasing, finance).
• Proficiency in SQL queries, data validation, and reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, AI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; map business requirements to system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for ERP systems across HD Brakes; move away from Sage 100 (SQL).
• Support and enhance ERP configurations, workflows, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL, Power BI, AI tools.
• Coordinate data migration, integration, and testing between Sage 100 and new ERP.
• Drive ERP standardization across Webb, TSE, and Triangle; ensure data governance.
