Job summary

Diesel Direct is seeking a Business Solutions Architect in Stoughton, MA. You will design practical technology and process solutions to help the business solve problems, improve operations, and meet strategic goals.

You’ll manage ERP projects, coordinate with IT, Operations, and Finance, and translate business requirements into technical direction for developers and vendors. The role reports to the VP of IT and focuses on data accuracy, process improvements, and system utilization.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in business, information systems, accounting, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in ERP modules, financial systems, or business process transformation.
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.
• Experience in user support and training, plus documentation creation.
• Familiarity with ERP data models, dashboards, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ERP system primary support and solution owner.
• Collaborate with Finance on GL, AP, AR, and cost accounting in Dynamics/GP and P21.
• Capture goals, pain points, and requirements from stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with business strategy, security, scalability, and cost.
• Guide projects, review designs, resolve issues, and keep teams aligned.
