Job summary

Highline Warren ERP is seeking an ERP Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems. Reporting to the Director of ERP Applications, you will translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure ERP solutions meet operations.

You will collaborate with product owners, analyze processes, configure and test ERP modules, document configurations, and provide end-user training.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2+ years working with ERP systems in analyst or support roles.
Strong understanding of finance, supply chain or manufacturing processes.
Proficient data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners and ERP Lead to document technical requirements.
Analyze current processes and identify ERP improvement opportunities.
Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Assist integration of ERP with other business applications.
Develop and maintain ERP process and configuration documentation.
Provide end-user support and training for ERP applications.
Participate in testing of ERP-related changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.
Ensure data integrity across ERP modules.
Assist ERP Lead in project planning and execution.
