Job summary

Oxford Corp is seeking a Solution Leader (SME) ERP who will manage the full lifecycle of an ERP service offering, ensuring market relevance and differentiation. This role involves close collaboration with Account Managers and clients to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems, a strong background in consulting, and possess excellent communication skills.

Salary range is $165,000.00 - $205,000.00 annually and the position allows for remote work from Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a solutions provider environment, predominantly in consulting.
• Demonstrated experience working with sales teams and pursuits from an SME perspective.
• Proven knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Define and sustain Oxford's Point of View (POV) for the offering.
• Support business development directly, equipping AMs with positioning questions.
• Train Oxford consultants and AMs on the offering's frameworks.
