Empiric is hiring two consultants to join our Microsoft Dynamics and Snowflake recruiting teams in Tampa. You will own full 360 recruiting for ERP talent—from sourcing to placement—and actively win new client business across the ecosystem.

Build pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, events and referrals, and run end-to-end processes from qualification calls to offers. We offer a modern tech stack, training, and clear progression with significant earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Own full 360 recruiting for ERP talent (Microsoft Dynamics, Snowflake) sourcing, qualifying and placing candidates.
• Build pipelines and territory plans using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end process: qualification calls, shortlists, interviews, offers and closing placements.

Responsibilities

• Run a high-activity desk tracked against weekly metrics (calls, interviews, submissions, new roles).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and leadership on go-to-market campaigns.
