Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting or working with Oracle E-Business Suite
• Experience translating business needs into ERP functionality and requirements
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite users
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate solutions with IT and third-party support
• Partner with stakeholders to understand system needs and identify process improvements
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into ERP solutions
• Assist with Oracle EBS configuration, enhancements, testing, and system changes
• Support ERP-related projects, upgrades, integrations, and implementations
• Develop and maintain reports, queries, and data extracts as needed
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
• Create and maintain system documentation and procedures
• Work with users to improve adoption and effective use of Oracle EBS
