Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales within the Federal law enforcement market. This is an exciting opportunity for a go-getter who is eager to leverage their sales skills to connect with law enforcement agencies and promote our cutting-edge technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the law enforcement landscape, a passion for public service, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the Federal law enforcement market.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including law enforcement agencies, to present MissionRT’s innovative technology solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in the law enforcement sector.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities within the law enforcement industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of MissionRT’s products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, driving revenue growth for the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the law enforcement, public safety, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the Federal law enforcement landscape and the challenges they face.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
