Texas Tissue Converting in Conroe, TX is seeking an ERP Implementation Coordinator to drive a multi-month ERP rollout. You will partner with operations, supply chain, finance, quality and IT to gather requirements, migrate data, test configurations and train users.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in ERP coordination within manufacturing, strong communication skills and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset. This on-site role offers growth as the system expands across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, supply chain or related field.
• 2+ years in ERP support, IT coordination or project coordination.
• Understanding of manufacturing or distribution operations.
• Strong organizational, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics or Infor SyteLine.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily ERP implementation tasks across operations, supply chain, finance, quality and warehouse teams.
• Serve as main contact between Texas Tissue, ERP vendor and outside consultants.
• Maintain project schedules, task lists and progress reports.
• Document business processes and help define future workflows.
• Assist with data migration tasks including extraction, cleansing, validation and upload.
• Participate in system configuration, testing and issue tracking.
• Support creation of training materials and help deliver user training sessions.
• Provide hands-on user support during go-live and stabilization periods.
