Job summary

Peerless Inc. is seeking a Technical Specialist to support customer applications, ERP setups, RFQ responses, and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, suppliers, and customers, ensuring technical accuracy, timely data management, and continuous improvement across multiple functions. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience is required, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate customer applications to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and alignment with company capabilities.
• Support ERP system setup, configuration, and ongoing data management to maintain information flow and operational integrity.
• Assist with RFQs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, internal engineering, suppliers, and vendor partners.
• Coordinate technical communications to ensure clarity, alignment, and project continuity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.
• Assist with maintenance and adherence to quality management system.
