Job summary
VitalEdge Technologies is hiring a Software Tester / Quality Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. You will plan, execute, and document testing across ERP, Telematics, Rental, and related solutions, working with Product Management, Development, and Support to ensure high-quality releases.
The ideal candidate has experience with manual and automated testing, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering reliable software solutions.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in software testing, QA, or related role.
- Experience creating and executing test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and best practices.
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, and enterprise software.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to ensure coverage.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain automation scripts.
- Execute API testing and validate integrations.
- Analyze results and report on quality, risks, and readiness.
