Job summary

BlueAngle, LLC is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to scope, plan, and lead client transitions to ERP solutions including Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, and SAP. You will own delivery from selection support through go-live and hypercare, coordinating with finance, supply chain, and IT teams.

The role requires 10+ years in ERP implementations, hands-on experience with at least two platforms, and a background in MSP, SI, or consulting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience, with at least three full-lifecycle implementations as project manager.
• Hands-on implementation experience with at least two of D365, NetSuite, and SAP (NetSuite or SAP required).
• Experience leading on-premise to cloud ERP transitions.
• Experience at an MSP, systems integrator, or consulting firm (required).
• Experience leading programs at companies with $300M+ revenue, reporting to C-level, VP, and business sponsor stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of finance and supply chain processes.
• PMP or PRINCE2 strongly preferred; SAP Activate or NetSuite certifications are a plus.
• US work authorization required; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through ERP platform selection and evaluation.
• Lead transitions from on-premise ERP systems to cloud ERP solutions.
• Lead delivery through design, build, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Report to steering committees at the C-level, VP, and business sponsor levels.
• Help clients create TSAs, plan TSA exits that meet target deal dates, and manage transaction risk.
• Work closely with client finance, supply chain, and IT stakeholders and project teams.
• Manage software vendors, implementation partners, and third parties.
• Transition clients into BlueAngle managed services after go-live.

About the Role

BlueAngle is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to scope, plan, and lead client transitions to ERP solutions including Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, and SAP. Our clients run, or are choosing between, different ERP platforms, so we are looking for a platform-flexible leader with strong general ERP delivery experience and hands-on work across Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, and SAP. You will own delivery from selection support and planning through go-live and hypercare, and work with client executives, business sponsors, and finance, supply chain, and IT teams.

What You Will Do

Role Working Conditions

• Full-time, W-2, exempt position. US-based, remote-first.
• Work schedule is eastern time zone business hours.
• Travel of 10 to 30% depending on portfolio needs, with higher travel during discovery, steering committees, and go-live for strategic engagements. Travel expenses reimbursed per BlueAngle travel policy.
