Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations or integrations experience.
• Ability to manage projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process-improvement projects.
• Manage technology projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and third‑party vendors.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional project plans.
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Support data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes across finance, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and accountability.
