Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects across its finance, warehousing, and distribution operations.

The successful candidate will have strong ERP implementation and integration experience, with the ability to manage projects from initial planning through deployment and post-launch support. This position requires close collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can manage competing priorities, resolve project risks, and ensure technology initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of experience managing IT projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or integrations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their use across finance, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
• Experience managing projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post‑launch support.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with widely used ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or a comparable system.
• Experience supporting ERP integrations with e‑commerce, warehouse management, financial, or supply‑chain platforms.
• Familiarity with data migration, reporting, business intelligence, and system‑integration projects.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster.
• Experience working in retail, e‑commerce, manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project‑management methodologies.
