Job summary

Mini-Circuits is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of an ERP system. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring milestones are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of project management experience, ERP implementation know-how, and strong communication skills to drive governance and user adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably with ERP implementations.
• Strong experience managing vendors and third-party relationships.
• Experience with major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with procurement processes, including purchase orders and invoice management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and track project financials.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day activities for the ERP implementation project.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and implementation partners.
• Oversee vendor management processes, including: PO creation, invoice processing, and alignment of deliverables.
• Manage integration with ancillary systems, ensuring data flow and interoperability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements, dependencies, and testing strategies.
• Monitor project budget, track expenses, and support financial reporting.
• Identify project risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies and drive resolution.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and best practices.
• Support change management and user adoption efforts as needed.
